Refund Policy
All sales are final. Effective July 25, 2026.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to document templates, all membership sales are final. We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, renewals, partial billing cycles, or unused document credits.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact support within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors.
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account termination, loss of access to documents, and collection efforts for unpaid balances.
